Hi team,

I have booked a cycle today at 3clk and it’s almost 2hrs 48min and the cycle was unable to unlock and also to end the trip. I have tried 50 times locking but also it says to park by nearby stations I tried in 3 stations but in vain.
Also it keeps pinging the message please end the trip but it doesn’t end this is third time that had happened and there’s no customer service for pedal.
