Very excitedly we booked a kerela package with puthedan travels and holidays in month of january2017 for 7 days for rs 43000, but unfortunately we were in every way deceived by them. In many hotels our booking was not confirmed, and the rooms provided were not as promised. We were booked lodge in place of good deluxe rooms, in few hotels rooms were in pathetic condition like mattresses were torn, phone not working, cobwebs in room, stinky house boat that is in its worst condition etc. Besides all they never answered our call oyn registering any complaint. This was even much unwelcoming. They have recruited the most indecent employees for they don’t talk properly to their guests, one of them fought with us too. We request who so ever concerns not to believe in them and render their services….because we don’t want anyone to end up with unpleasant holidays and let the hard earned money go in vein..
