I engaged a jet airways flight on paytm on sixth march, 2019. The flight was off and a notification and decision was created by jet airways on twentieth march, 2019. Post the confirmation i contacted paytm on twenty second march, 2019 for the refund and was assured that the refund are processed inside next 5-7 days. i attempted contacting paytm through multiple message queries however still failed to receive a transparent response. these days on thirtieth might, 2019 once I known as paytm they need given Associate in Nursing indefinite timeline for the refund issue and have declared that they cannot plan to a timeline for identical. this is often clear case of paytm harresing their customers and not providing a resolution for the complaints. Please facilitate do the needed.
