I filled a coupon at a petrol station and dramatically won the draw, as told by their customer care, the very next day. The customer care lady said they have chosen 15 families including mine who will receive 2 vouchers and a scratch card with an assured gift. I enquired whether i am required to buy any membership to which she replied in negative. According to her they want people to experience their services first.And then people are welcome to be members. I visited their chandigarh office and the attending sales guy started telling me about the membership. When i told him i would like to experience their services first and then think of becoming a member, he went to the reception, returned and told me that they are out of scratch cards. They are making a fool of people by luring them. Please ignore filling their coupons and ignore their calls. Don’t waste your precious time on these liars.

Hi all,
Don’t worry they cannot do anything, I have all the proof which states they gave wrong information. I have contacted now 5 people who also suffered from their fraud and we all gave to police and lodge FIR.
Do not afraid from them if they are wrong and we are right.

on 20th jan, I took membership and since then I’ve been writing them endless emails and calls to get me registered with DAE as per agreement and provide my credentials. But except for apologies and false promises. NOw since June they even stopped responding to my emails. Their customer support team Samita Roy Choudhary, sales manager Jasmine and even they contact number from google and on agreement and brochure, all are now switched off. on all platforms, they are threatening customers who are complaining, with the threat of cyberbullying and defamation suit. Instead of threatening customers you should get your house in order and start proving services for which you take hefty sums. My membership id is TBCV5D10146. If you guys are really authentic then provide m emy DAE Credentials or you yourself are in breach of terms of the agreement and actions will be taken accordingly.
