On 10/2/2019 my self booked a bus ticket in jagan travels service no jagan 666 , kadapa to hyderabad through abhibus.com . 10/02/209 boarding time 10.00pm after boarding there is not working air condition in bus. my seat lso no comfortble.. then i called to abhibus service center executive i told him a.c not working in this bus, he concirmed with travel operator , he told me there is technical issue in bus we cant do any thing then i requested to abhibus executive provide me any other service he told we cant provide. then i spoke to bus driver about issue he told it was maual problem there is no aircondition gas ..in same condition i reached to hyderabad

now ia asking differ amount a.c and non a.c bus fare but they are not responding
