I choosed to complain as aforementioned problems are repeatedly happening with this travels

1 – never comes on time.last week it was 5 hrs late (Bangalore ernkulam trip). 10/09 it’s 4 hours late(Hyderabad – ernkulam).

2 – jerky movements all throughout journey, felt KSRTC is far better

3 – no snacks were given as promised and they gave a drink which will fall in the topmost list of worst drink of my life, cola colored aerated drink in the name of MASS

4 – Hyderabad ernkulam trip they stopped in the night for dinner and after that they didn’t stopped in any rest rooms till next day 11.30(destination)

So holding urine for more than 15 hours

ie NO HUMANITARIAN CONSIDERATION
