I had given my marriage certificate and my daughter’s birth certificate for Indian foreign affairs and UAE Embassy attestation to one your braches located in Kuttiadi, Kozhikode district of Kerala. When I received the certificates back, it was fully wrinkled. I am staying in UAE. It was my parents who collected the certificates from your branch. When I asked your staff to send me a scanned copy through email, your staff send me and when I checked that I found that the certificates were not handled properly. I questioned is this the way you handle the certificates through email, he replied me back it is because of my stupidity I am asking these question. He has been working here since 8 years, he says even he has handled the MBBS Certificates also in the same way. When I called him to ask is this the way you reply to a customer, he says even if you complaint about this he dont care. Your staff name is Mr. Muhammed Swalih. I would like to inform you Just because of few staffs like this your company reputation is going down. I have given several certificates for attestation to this branch and booked flight tickets many times. From now onwards I will not give any of my certificates or ticket bookings to your branches. I am also attaching the email chats we have done below for your perusal.
