I have  samsung  j2 6 phone and its been theft on saturday and i have gone to the shop from which i have purchase it and show him the FIR copy and bill with insurance details but he is denying me saying that insurance is given only for wear and tear not for stealing. But i have searched on the net it shows me that insurance is given for theft. Now please help me for this and provide me the justice and help me to claim my insurance.
