I agree with the previous complaints about Ashtavinayak Auto Goregaon. No proper guidance, support and over all wrong commitments. I Mr. Prakash had booked a chevrolet Enjoy vehicle on 30th Dec2014. Agent Prasad guided me with the process of booking and informed me that I will be getting the best benefits as booking it on a New Year offer. I wanted to buy the vehicle for commercial use on T-Permit. As guided by Prasad, I arranged the required docs for booking the vehicle and also prepared my Gumasta as required for the booking of T-Permit vehicle. This got a delayed a bit from my side but mean while the process of loan was being done by Prasad and team. The gumasta was arranged by 15th Jan 2015. I received a call to make the down payment of Rs. 1.7 lakh. As remaining amount was being arranged by loan. On 23rd Jan 2015 I made the payment for the same . After receiving the payment cheque from me, I am told that the vehicle booked by me is not available and if I want the same type of vehicle I will have to pay 40K extra. I argued for the same and atlast i am assured that I will get the vehicle I want. I am informed that the amount of loan and EMI details call will be received by me in a Day or two. But to my surprise I received a call saying that the loan process is not yet initiated and there is some problem with the documents provided. I arranged the documents as required. But again I get the same revert after 10 days that the loan process is not yet initiated. After all this I still get the assurance from Mr. Prasad that the loan will get processed ASAP and I can expect the delivery by 5th Feb 2014. But with no good news I get the reply that the verification is negative and need to submit the form again with some other Finance company. On 15th Feb 2014 I get a call from Mr. Prasad that the loan process is tedious through their company side hence will process the same from outside finance company. I personally felt a bit problem in my loan as I had lost my Job by the time the process was going on. I was lucky that I got a job instantly. All the docs were provided as per that again. But till now it was March and as I was on new job the loan got rejected. I even tried for Personal vehicle loan. But was disappointed. I was working as per Prasad Guidance as he was staying close to my house. But soon I get a call from Prasad that if the loan is not processed, he will get the refund processed and will provide me a used vehicle. I started getting suspicious about Prasad. So visited the showroom to check. But to my surprise he was no more on job. Later I also get to know that Prasad was the person who miss guided lots of customers a got the loan approved from outside the company finance agency to earn commission. Also I had to spend almost 20K just to get my vehicle. But all this was in vein. I had to cancle my booking. I gave a request for cancellation to Ms. Shweta who was handling my case after Prasad. I was assured that the refund process would take 7 working days. The request for refund was given on 7th Apr 2014. Its now 24th Apr 2014. And still there is no refund processed. The revert I get is that the authorised person is not available due to which the process is getting delayed. On asking to speak to the manager of the store. I come to know that he is not available. This is how GM motors name is getting degraded by dealers. I was new to taking a car loan and was unaware of process. But layman like me was taken for a ride. Please get the same issue resolved on priority if any person from Ashtvinayak Auto or GM will be reading this complaint.
