I have opened my account at Diamond Harbour, WB Axis bank as prime acct on 17 Feb 18. During opening they told me your prime acct would be free of cost maint & card charge for prime acct. But with in 9 months they have cut Rs 590 for card charge and not maintaining min balance 10, 000 that’s why Rs 2225+400 GST also cut from my acct. They told nothing to be refund.
