I used my Rupay platinum card for the booking of Red Bus ticket in the month of Aug 2018 the ticket wasn’t book but amount(965) was debited from my account. I filed a complaint 2 times at Bank of India Chandrapur (Jatpura gate branch) but after 6-7 months also i didn’t get my amount back.

Every time banker told me to submit claim form and 2 times i submitted the same letter and form but never received any single mail or msg from bank.

I am requesting you to kindly go through this and do needful.
