Capital First Finance Co — Amount 3600 deducted from my account towards penal charges

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have taken consumer loan from Capital First to purchase T.V, I ad cleared all the EMIs and the loan closed in the month of May but Capital First deducted Rs.3, 600/- from my account thro’ ECS with out informing me or intimating me . Kindly do the needful. My Loan account No :2970015, my Customer I.D : 3040747
