Club group of hotels sold me a holiday plan. As per the contract signed or as per the membership card received, amc was not payable extra. Earlier, it was also clarified in writing by customer care of cgh that amc is not payable on the year on which i am not using the holidays.
But now when i have asked for booking they are asking amc for all the past years when i have not used any holiday.
This is simple fraud and cheating. They dont honour their own word which they have mentioned in writing…
