Club Group Of Hotels — Non refund of membership fee after applying for cancellation of membershipReport

I have taken the 5 years membership of mountain club resorts india pvt limited which is a part of club group of hotels on 21st january 2016 by paying the amount of rs 45675 from company’s office in pacific mall, anand vihar, ghaziabad. Agreement was made on stamp paper dated 21st january 2016 with certificate number in-dl[protected] and account reference impacc (Iv)/d1867403/delhi/dl-dlh. Later i found some of the clauses in the agreement not suitable for us and therefore as per exit option mentioned in the agreement on page 4 i have applied for the cancellation of membership within two days on 23/01/2016. According to the agreement i did reserve the right of exiting the membership within 7 days and the amount would be refunded to me within 3 months after deduction of the administration charges which is the hefty amount of rupees 15000. Therefore company was supposed to give the balance amount of rs 30675 once i submit of the hard copy of documents to their corporate office in nehru place, new delhi. I have done that and even done the speed post the hard copy of the same with consignment number ed[protected]in. But despite repeated phone calls and emails to the company no positive response even after passing of more than 4 months while the company was supposed return the amount within 3 months. Therefore we want our money back.
