My club mahindra membership no is 2739158. My name is komal prajapat. On 10 feb 2017 two club mahindra sales person came at my home and they explained me the policy of club mahindra holidays. I agreed to their policy due to their lucrative plans. They provided me various vouchers. But after 2 months of membership i tried to book my 1st trip but no hotel was available and even their helpdesk was also not supportive. Till today after 2 years i haven’t booked their any hotel or i can say not able to book because of unavailability of rooms. And after 2 years i come to know other conditions which that sales person didnot told us.1st is that i have to pay an asf amount every year till 25 years for which that guy said that for special services if you want to avail than only you have to pay asf otherwise not. 2nd is that as i told customer care person that i’m not able to book any room because of unavailability then he said that you have to upgrade your policy to purple as for white member advance booking starts only 15 days before. Due to this condition all the rooms get booked and i could not get that. Due to their so many terms and conditions i have become frustrated i have already spent 30000+9474*24= some where around 270000 rs and still 220000 emi is pending. I am going to stop the future emi and i want all my money back. Please bring me out of this vicious cycle.
