Club Mahindra Holidays — refund for membership closureReport

I raised a request to cancel my current club mahindra membership[protected] on 7 august 2018.
After continuous follow ups, on 10 october 2018, i received mail stating that money will be refunded within 90 working days.
They have not refunded the money yet and not provided any response for the refund status of my previous membership[protected], despite the fact that i have not availaled any of their services. Even after 7 months, they are asking for more time to align their internal teams with zero transparency of the process. Also, club mahindra holidays lucknow office employees are not picking up my calls.
