Drivezy — refund of a failed transactionReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I made a transaction using payu on 8th of march 2019 for a booking. The transaction failed and the money was debited from my account. I then made a fresh payment for a booking. Due to some issues i had to cancel my booking. I received the refund for the 2nd transaction and i am yet to receive a refund nor a refund status of the failed transaction. I tried following up with the contact number and still dint receive a proper response from them.
