Eon Club — Service needs to be improvedReport

It has been 9 months since I had availed the EON Club membership, and the service is below par, which I was expecting. It has been a couple of days, and I had just returned from my Dubai trip. The trip went fairly well, but it could have been more spectacular if it had been well planned. The hotel was luxurious but I was not happy with the itinerary and was looking for a kind of adventure holiday. We visited mostly amusement parks and traditional souks but I also wanted to explore the traditional Bedouin lifestyle and the Arabian Desert, which I couldn’t. I had conveyed my displeasure to the EON Club team.
