EUREKA FORBES LIMITED – CHEATED UNDER AMC CONTRACT

I AM BASED IN MUMBAI AND My complaint is against EUREKA FORBES LIMITED. water-purifier installed and used in my office, is under 3years amc with EFL, COMPLAINT/S of white particles floating in purified water was not resolved for over months on one pretext or the other lastly stating that components not available as model is old. My demand of contract refund was turned-down stating absurd company policy and was informed the warranty of new product if brought of the same brand will be extended accordingly as per company policy. “COMPELLING CONSUMER TO BUY A PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER IS DIS-SATISFIED WITH PAST EXPERIENCE OF SERVICE AND REPAIR”. My numerous complaints, communications, telephonic talks with franchisee, service incharge at EFL-MR.HARSHAL PATIL turned futile. their online website complaint redressal escalation process has been followed at all 3-stages but still no reply. the company is trying to take the customer for a ride. all records on communications done are available but no resolution from even their Ombudsman authority. Pathetic condition of customers who are made to pay advance and thereafter made to run helter-skelter. Its been over 10-11months, but no resolution to my agony…sic..sic…
