Parking fee is being collected in the Fortune monarch mall located in Jubilee hills Road no 36, for all vehicles parked here. They do not even issue a receipt for the same and I am sure this money is pocketed by the Goon security who is in the parking zone. But when demanded to produce the receipt, some fake counterfoil is produced . When questioned the legitimacy of the parking ticket, they let you go without paying . Can the Competent authorities look into it. ?
