I returned an item to firstcry amounting rs 372 . They refunded to my first crycash wallet. There was a option to transfer it to bank account so I requested them to debit in my bank. Waited for more than one month, but the amount didn’t received yet. They are now asking for my one month bank statement in a PDF file which is not available in my online banking app. They are really cheating people by giving such transfer option. I requested several times to refund me in firstcry account. They are not ready for anything. Really disappointed. Cheating public and violating the consumer right.
