i ordered 1 cake of 999. before placing the order i confirmed regarding delivery and got a confirmation by putting up the pincode saying it will get delivered. Then i placed the order but order never got delivered.I requested for refund after that however its more than a month now and no refund. i am attaching one mail chain regarding my refund request which is happening from past 1 month. i am totally fed up now.
