We took the holiday package of Genial holiday for rupees 85000.It was totally fake commitment.we got gift voucher that is 200% fake..

And one more thing the sales person was not picking our phone call nor giving any response…

We went to Hotel Torquis in Chandigarh which has tied up with Genial Holiday. It was a low standards hotel. Everyone in the hotel was blaming the services. We felt very bad that we purchased the holiday package from this company. Very much disappointed and we couldn’t get any hotel that night. We have to come back at the same night.
