Genral Microsites And Paytm amount got deducted and no service was availed

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I was trying to book a bus ticket on 23th feb through paytm from Kanpur to delhi for 24th feb. My amount of 882 got deducted from paytm to GENRAL MICROSITES and ticket was never booked.
Now when I am trying to check through paytm it says payment has been made to general microsites check with them.
Request you to refund back the amount. And provide some clarity
