They reserved my tickets to island through melindo air. after I reached airfield i found within the price tag they’d my flight with air aisa that|that} i needed a transit visa which i used to be ne’er enlightened abt by my agent, it absolutely was his basic duty. so as to compensate that I had to melindo air fifty, 000 additional to book my flight with them from KL to island. If their was allready a flight on the market from an equivalent airlines then why was it not reserved. why air Asia came to image out of currently wherever. On prime of that if that was the case why i used to be not enlightened before that i might need a transit visa. because it was mentioned obscurity in my price tag. I felt cheated and humiliated, whereas they told Pine Tree State that sir you’ll be able to pay currently and that we can refund urban center cash. however currently they’re not able to do thus. i’ll take this up to shopper court and file a defamation case concerning this.
