Great vacation Club cheated with client not shared all the tnc

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I had purchased one vacation of seven days from nice holidays from saket mall in January 2019. that point they not shared all the terms & conditions, same day in evening i scan all the tnc and asked to refund via mail, in January month they aforementioned that it’ll be sale in Apr you’ve got to attend until Apr. currently i’m occupation and that they replied we have a tendency to aren’t chargeable for that.
