Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I booked 2 tickets on happyeasygo. I realised that I had made a mistake with one of the names on the ticket. I called the airline and they issued full refund. But since I booked it with happyeasy go, I need to get the refund from them. I havent received any refund. Plus there is no number I can call and get a person to answer my queries. Very bas service. I lost my money. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.
