Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
The ticket which i cancelled on 23rd of august was to be refunded. I got the mail regarding the initiation of refund amount on 4th of september but havent yet recieved my ticket’s refund amount in my account.
Called the customer care several times but the number on their website is a fake.
Mailed the customer support team but got no response.
Kindly look into the matter and do not steal people’s hard earned money.
