Hathway Cable Network – DTH service disconnected

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Cable blackout against TRAI rules since 13th Feb. After relentless follow up, one person came and asked me to pay more to switch on my cable services. After I paid 315 he assured that cable will get activated but it’s been 24 hours since then. Hathway is the worst and their extended distributors too.
