Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I hold HDFC Life Pension Champion policy # Client id: since 25/06/2010.I have paid all premiums on time together with the tenth/final premium on 25/06/2019 . i’m eligible for regular payment from 25/06/2020.
Except reminders for annual premium, I hardly got any service support. Since payment of last payment, I public prosecutor been complaining regarding not receiving text of Premium Receipt, Fund statement and details of regular payment choices accessible to Pine Tree State from 25/06/2020.I recd a sms cfming registration of my criticism request # 1- .
I have sent reminders thenceforth seeking the requested details. No reply or sign of compliance of my request
