I have placed the return request on the same day after receiving the package as the size doesn’t fit. Its almost 2 weeks, still no one has picked up the return and no refund is made.I have made number of emails and call to customer care but still the item is not picked for return. Whenever they call they just ask me to wait. But how can i wait after the return bucket days is over.I want this to be resolved immediately and refund the amount immediately.
