My internet was not working due to gprs issue and have contacted idea on 20/2/2019 but they have not helped. I tried recharging using mobile balance for Rs. 16 but didn’t recharge and got error message saying gprs is not activated on 22/02/2019. On 22/2/2019 afternoon 2.30 recharged and after that my internet started working On 22/02/2019 Rs. 136 was deducted in the morning for usage of data. I really don’t understand logic, how can my money was deducted where internet was not working due to gprs issue. What I want is refund because I have not used any internet.

You provide me enough of evidence to proof which website and what I used. Don’t show me the bill which is created by you. I am again repeating internet was not working due to gprs issue.
