This is to complaint that the conductor of the bus named raj travels (Kl 31g 3668) from charumood to thiruvalla behaved indesently, rudely to my sister when she boarded the bus from bh bus stop after her classes. It was raining heavily and so she rushed to the bus and all the students who avail concession by the law of government and not permitted to sit inside the bus as well to close the window shutters when it rains.. When she questioned the conductor why he behave so, he asked her to get out of the bus or else get wet in rain..

This sort of behaviour towards a grown up girl cannot be permitted at any grounds.. So i request you to take disciplinary action towards the conductor immediately.
