Fastag is introduced to reap the benefits of getting through tolls fast. But on ORR hyderabad particularly Gachibowli, the time taken on toll plaza is nearly 10 minutes each day. This happens even on Fastag lanes as it is not exclusive to Fastag owners. Why would someone be motivated to own a Fastag if they are not able to move through tolls FAST? Please make Fastag lanes exclusive to Fastag and this would boost the sales of Fastag and even customer benefits because of this.
