I am a lower middle class lady employed in a private job

I had filed a claim for my ailment with the TPA MDINDIA of National Insurance Compnay Limited on 24th April 2010 for INR 25662.20

Unfortunately after many reminders I am not getting response from the agent TPA or the branch

I have attached a copy of the Regd AD Acknowledgement and the claim form
