I had booked a seat from Dindigul to Bangalore on 29th Jan through Abhibus App.Ticket/PNR number Bus was scheduled to depart at 23;55 PM & I had got booking confirmation SMS at 23:30 PM. I haven’t got any bus details or tracking till 01:30AM next day. I tried calling Dindigal office number [protected]/[protected]. The call was answered by a child stating this is not PARVEEN travels. Finally I end up in catching SRS travels around 2:00AM.I had wasted not only my money but the faith had on PARVEEN travels. Intact on 23rd Jan I travelled to Bangalore in a same bus booked through same APP. I was getting call from a driver itself updating where he is. Terrific experience with PARVEEN TRAVELS. Can somebody help me how to get my money back?
