I was to perform journey on 23/01/2013 from Mumbai to Indore. For this,I booked single ticket in Hans Travels through R S Travel Agency. Lady of R S Travel Agency,who booked my ticket, told me that it was a single sleeper. On her telling so, I booked my ticket.When I came on 23/01/2013 to board the bus of Hans Travels, I found that it was a double sleeper.It means, some other passenger would occupy sleeper just adjacent to my sleeper. I realized that lady booking clerk had given me misleading information. I suffered a lot during entire journey.I wanted single sleeper so that I could perform my journey peacefully and comfortably. When I asked from that lady she was speechless. Such kind of inferior service is being provided by R S travel Agency. So on the basis of my personal experience, I suggest passengers not to book ticket through this third rated cheat travel agency. Instead book your tickets through some reputed and reliable travel agency which does not mislead customers.
