Paytm grievance relating to the number not refunded in checking account

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I reserved three train tickets and also the group action got off and quantity was subtracted already. after I contacted client care they aforementioned we’ve already refunded the number in your checking account please contact your bank however the number has not been refunded nonetheless.
I aforementioned that if it’s impractical to refund then please book the tickets however they aforementioned that it’s impractical.
I want my a reimbursement anyhow. Please listen to my concern.

I have recharged mobile at Rs 80 on date 13/04/11, .But I didn’t recive recharge worth (i.e.Rs 110).Transaction
