Paytm Mobile Solutions deceitful deduction of cash by paytm.Report
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I recharged on thirteenth could for rs two hundred via paytm (Registered email id on paytm – firstname.lastname@example.org) however on ordinal could after I tapped on avm machine, it showed no recharge out there. the money had been subtracted from my paytm balance. I had to recharge once more for rs two hundred on paytm on fourteen could and it got superimposed later via avm. The client care government at subway station wise to that no quantity for recharge of the subway card has been received on thirteenth could.
So far i have never received any refund for the recharge done on thirteenth could on paytm. I had already placed a criticism on paytm however no response are received so far. there’s no adequate grievance resolution mechanism at the paytm. I request to kindly facilitate ME in obtaining the refund of the number subtracted from my paytm balance
