I was paying electricity bill of Rs**** .First it showed that transation unsuccessful then I hear same recharge then the another recharge was in. however when some times I got the flavouring that first(failed)transaction is in. And thus my cash got debited doubly. Plz facilitate Pine Tree State . i’m waiting.
