I paid for a transaction against transaction id 22290635860 at Lenskart through Paytm on 06-Jan-19 but the amount of Rs2230 got deducted from Paytm but order failed at Lenskart end. Lenskart emailed that they have refunded amount to the original payment method (Paytm) on 11-Jan-19. Paytm has not refunded/reflected the refund on my Paytm passbook and is not replying to my reminders till date 15-Feb-19.
