Postal Life Insurance [Pli] pli payment not credit

As per our last conversation on email you told me that amount will be paid shortly but i have not received my amount till date. I am in need of money. And also you told me that i can contact with customer care and i tried it so many time to contact with your customer care but no one has replied me. Please resolve it. My aps no 929951-l and maturity date 11 may 2018. And paid my money in my bank account as soon as possible
