It has been more than a year since my mother passed away. Yet the pli of my deceased mother has not been settled yet. I enquired about it at my regional office and they are utterly clueless about the file. No response from them whatsoever. I mailed them, called them, went to their offices but all were in vain. I donot know what to do any further. Hence is this complaint
