My name is Kapil Madan and i need your help . i have booked Kerla Tour by company name (Puthedan Holidays & Resorts (P) Ltd) and its address is (#465, 45th Cross, 8th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore -82). i have transfer the half amount of tour which is Rs. 19500 to below account on 1 Jan 2016. they have cancelled my tour on 22 Jan 2016 and promise to refund my amount with in 14 days . But now i am chasing them on daily basis i am getting the lame excuses .Please help to register a complain against this company .

I have my online transaction detail in company account and all communication of mails with them
