Sir,

Today 13/jan/2019 i received my rbl super platinum card but when i opened it, there was a sticker stucked on it, when i removed the sticker from the card then the glue of the sticker didn’t removed from the card. Then i start rubbing the glue with the cloth which was on the card, then suddenly the 16 digit card no. Was also rubbed because of the glue which was on it and by rubbing the card numbers disappeared, so i request you to please send me another new card as soon as possible.
