I had booked one tickets from mumbai to ahmadabad through redbus.in. I have received following message during departure time 12:10 am.

“hello, you buscode a50 form goa to ahmedabad via mumbai is cancelled due to sudden breakdown due to sudden breakdown. Very sorry please collect your refund www.paulotravels.com”

Nobody is informed me form redbus or paulo travels earlier before departure time.

I have called customer care of paulo travels and redbus but nobody is responding.

I have missed my exame on 1st december at ahmedabad.

This is very poor service from redbus or paulo travels?

I am awaiting for your positive response.

When shall i receive refund?

Please help me with this issue.
