We had booked the family tour with Puthedan Holidays on

27-09-2015 and the booking ID is ############ and had paid an amount of Rs.30000/- as advance,due to my daughter exams I had to cancel the booking well in advance. Had written More than 20 to 30 mails and had send my relatives to his office at Bangalore and they replied that they will send the full amount to me as per the bank details shared to them.Also had more than 50 to 60 telephone calls with there concerned employees.
