I had signed for Jio Giga fiber broadband association by paying 4500 rs once I shifted to urban center. Its been vi months currently and that i still didn’t get the association. I had applied for cancellation and refund of the money. No response from the jio team or decision centers. I actually have referred to as them many times, provided many off cheque. Jio executives say it’ll come back to the account, call centre guys say DD are sent to the address. however its been vi months currently, i’m in a very loss of 4500 Rs and no broadband association to date, no refund similarly. currently call centre guys cut the decision as shortly as I tell them my name.
