We have booked ticket on 3rd of December 2010, from Chennai to Hyderabad through Sagita Travel Agency( kaveri ). The ticket details are as follows.

We have approached for cancellation of the ticket at the center where we have booked at 4pm on 5th December 2010. But we are informed that the tickets could not be cancelled and Sangita Travel Agency is not refunding the amount.
