I had been told that after four successive payment of emi of disbursed loan amount the emi card will be despatched to your own address. The card fee was also included in the sanctioned loan amount. Now, i am at the end of repay the loan amount, but i have not received the emi card. I have communicated with concerned officer of cfl, kolkata, deployed in great eastern kolkata, but no fruitful action has not been followed. Kindly resolve the problem. Thanking you. Y/f
